MLS NEXT
LUSA Academy Select Boys teams compete in MLS NEXT leagues enabling our players to compete with top teams regionally and nationally to improve their skills and further their development.
Girls Academy Aspire
LUSA Academy Select Girls teams compete in Girls Academy Aspire, providing our players the opportunity to showcase their talent and continue their development on a regional and national scale.
National Academy League
LUSA Academy Select Boys teams also compete in the National Academy League which is part of the MLS NEXT pathway. Teams will compete in the Carolina Conference with our U13-U19 teams.
Development Player League
LUSA Academy Select Girls teams compete in DPL national, regional and statewide leagues. Teams will compete in the U13-U19 girls divisions. The DPL's mission is to develop and empower players in a purposeful and memorable environment.
State Leagues
LUSA Academy Select teams also compete in statewide leagues. South Carolina Youth Soccer is a member of the United States Youth Soccer Association (USYS) which is the largest member organization within the United States Soccer Federation (USSF). US Youth Soccer is organized into four Regions; SCYSA is a part of the Piedmont region.
