Winter Strength and Conditioning Program

This coming winter period we are happy to bring to you our Strength & Conditioning program, running in conjunction with our TPT program! Held by Coach Chip Eakes, the program is aimed at the u15+ age group as they prepare for their respective high school seasons.

Chip Eakes is a certified personal trainer (CPT), performance enhancement specialist (PES), and youth exercise specialist (YES) accredited through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2014. He provides progressive soccer-specific training programs to reduce injuries and to increase strength, power, speed, flexibility, endurance, agility, balance, and coordination. He believes a focused, competitive, and fun training environment is absolutely necessary to reach your goals. Chip also addresses the issue of diet and how it relates to sports performance. He is also certified through NASM as a fitness and nutrition specialist (FNS) and a weight management specialist (WMS).

The program will run for 5 weeks (December 2nd – January 15th) with two training sessions per week On Monday and Wednesday. There will be a 2-week break over the Christmas and New Year Period.
