In the event a team’s participation in the tournament is disrupted by a state or nationwide ban on travel related to environmental factors outside the JIYSC’s control, i.e. weather, health pandemic, Acts of God, etc, teams will be refunded 100% of the team registration fee less $100 per team for administrative costs.

Check-in online is open. Teams must supply official roster (US Club), or tournament/travel roster (USYS); Player cards for every player and coach attending/named; Permission to travel form (out-of-state USYS teams only); COVID-19 release waiver.
To complete check-in, all documents should be saved as individual PDF’s, to be uploaded separately. You need to log in to your team account, select Charleston Spring Classic 2021, click on “Documents” tab on the far right of the yellow line, select the appropriate label from the drop down list and upload the correct file.
ONCE ALL FILES ARE UPLOADED, YOU MUST HIT THE NOTIFY BUTTON TOWARDS THE TOP OF THE SCREEN. Check-in will be closed at 10pm on Friday 4/16 to allow the staff to ensure everything is correct. Teams missing items/uploading incorrect items will be notified individually
