“James Island are delighted to offer a unique training experience for players entering the game on Johns Island”
The Futbol Play Zone-Johns Island program will henceforth be called JIYSC-FPZ. JIYSC is the oldest club in South Carolina and is growing. The Johns Island community will benefit greatly from this relationship and it will provide a gateway for many kids who want to pursue soccer beyond the recreational level.
The FPZ Johns Island Playground Soccer League will give kids a foundation to play soccer and the opportunity to explore their creativity with more free play. Licensed coaches from JIYSC will work with our kids during the weekly practice sessions. Saturdays will be the designated ‘festival style’ game days.
In addition, players born 2014 – 2011 will have opportunities to be part of the internal JIYSC events. The JIYSC SOCCERWEEN 5v5 Tournament on Friday, October 28 will be a major event along with select (2) teams: U10 & U12 to play in the James Island Cup on November 19-20.
JIYSC-FPZ are looking for kids born 2018-2011 who want to play and learn the “world’s game”.
Join the fun and be a part of Johns Island’s growing youth soccer community!
